Essex advisory firm joins Tilney Smith & Williamson succession programme

Tilney Smith & Williamson’s succession programme for retiring IFAs has secured its second firm with FP Solutions joining its Essex branch.

Founder and owner of FP Solutions Steve Jupp will operate from the wealth management and professional service group's Chelmsford office as he works to transfer his client base through the programme. The succession programme, launched in October last year, was set up to provide advisers approaching retirement with an opportunity to migrate their clients before they leave financial services.
