IFA develops trading algorithm with philanthropic twist

Donated more than £1,000 to cancer charity

Woodward Financials has developed a trading algorithm with a philanthropic pledge to give 50% of all gains to charity.

Victoria's Promise, which supports young women with cancer, received £1,040 after algorithm creator and Woodward Financials managing director David Woodward picked it as his chosen charity. Woodward used his algorithm to invest £1,000 of his own money. It made 32 profitable trades which netted more than 200% with zero losses. The profits from the endeavour, £1,040, were then handed over to the worthy cause.
