Altus acquired by Canadian software firm Equisoft

Equisoft's first European acquisition

Technology company and investment platform specialists Altus has been acquired by Canadian software company Equisoft for an undisclosed fee.

Equisoft operates in eight locations including North American, Latin America, Africa and Asia. Altus is the first European acquisition for Equisoft. It will maintain its current operations and services. Altus managing director Kevin Okell said the firm has been flattered over recent years by the level of interest shown.
