AJ Bell platform inflows up 13% to £1.8bn - Q2 results

AJ Bell platform inflows increased 13% in the last three months to £1.8bn, according to its Q2 results.

The provider said figures for the three months ended 31 March 2021 were up from £1.6bn in the same period in 2020. Advised net inflows were £0.9bn in line with the prior year. D2C net inflows were also £0.9bn, up 28% on the previous year. Platform assets under administration closed at £58bn, up 38% over the last year and 5% in the quarter, the results added. Customer numbers on the platform grew by a record 34,223 in the quarter, an increase of 64% compared to the second quarter of 2020.
