Isio launches low-cost MPS for advisers utilising selective active management

‘A response to expensive solutions lacking conviction’

Isio has launched a model portfolio service (MPS) for advisers and wealth managers, which uses its institutional investment experience in the retail market.

The firm said its MPS, which has been in-house since April this year, is made up of seven low-cost outsourced investment portfolios. The launch, it said, was in response to a "competitor landscape that is cluttered with solutions that are overly diversified with no conviction, priced expensively in a way that drags on performance, and lacking in clarity with an over-reliance on active management".
