Each year we name a shortlist of candidates, one of whom will be named Professional Adviser Personality of the Year, and we are asking our readers to help us come up with the shortlist before we put it to a public vote.

The award recognises an individual who stands out for their contributions to the financial advice sector and, while it goes without saying advisers tend to be heavily represented in our list, where appropriate we are delighted to include people from other parts of the financial services professions.
