Majority of advice professionals want CII return to old certificates - exclusive poll

In a poll of more than 300 Professional Adviser readers, the majority expressed a desire to see the Chartered Insurance Institute backtrack and return to sending old-style, more professional-looking certificates.

Almost three-quarters (73%) of the 301 advice professionals polled  by PA disagreed with the CII's decision to stop sending exam certificates in the post. An even larger proportion (81%) said they think they should have the option to be sent an old-style certificate for accomplishing a professional achievement, while two-thirds (65%) think they should still receive the classic certificates for free.
