IFA struggles to access relaunched Aviva adviser website

Aviva has launched a new adviser website to simplify user journeys for advisers but some users faced technical difficulties which went live last weekend.

The new website replaced the existing Aviva for Advisers and Healthcare Zone sites. Financial Life Planning Solutions founder Kate Shaw tweeted that she was having difficulty accessing the new hub but the provider was proactive in its response. She said: "Aviva launched a new website over the weekend like they said. When I tried to use it first thing it didn't work in either Firefox or Chrome.
