SimplyBiz partners with specialist to support acquisition service

The SimplyBiz Group has partnered with a mergers and acquisitions specialist to support its new Horizon service, which provides support for advice firms on both sides of the acquisition process.

The service, launched two weeks ago, builds upon previous exploratory work the group has undertaken with a number of advice firms over the last 12 months, and aims to provide "the most focused, client-centric adviser buy-out solution in the market". Its newly-revealed partnership with specialist consultancy firm Wealth Holdings will offer one-to-one consultations for firms who are considering buying another advice business.
