St James's Place bows to pressure on perks Seemingly due to the negative press coverage over the last six months, St James's Place has told staff that bonus structures and job titles will be changed to reward "the right behaviours", The Sunday Times reports. The advice giant says a fresh reward scheme will go beyond recognising sales made per year.
