Lumin Wealth makes second adviser acquisition

Hertfordshire and London-based adviser firm Lumin Wealth has acquired Everett MacLeod, an independent planning firm based in London.

The acquisition completed on Monday (6 January) and marked the second acquisition from the aspiring consolidator. Everett MacLeod managing director Mike MacLeod (pictured, right) will continue to work with his clients on an ongoing basis as the business is handed over to Lumin. Lumin said it will continue to pursue further acquisitions in 2020 with businesses that align with its principles and values.
