Nucleus and Phil Young launch SM&CR white paper

Wrap platform Nucleus has launched a white paper ahead of the SM&CR deadline with help from Zero Support managing partner Phil Young.

The white paper will help advisers finalise their preparations ahead of the senior managers and certification regime (SM&CR) deadline on 9 December. It explains what is changing as part of the new rules and what firms need to do to comply. The guide covers rules, statements of responsibility and annual "fit and proper" assessments.
