Tenet acquires two advice firms in bid to expand regional network

Adviser network and support group Tenet has acquired two of its member firms in a bid to establish a regional office in Nottinghamshire.

Ask Financial Management and Mansfield Financial Planning, both Mansfield-based firms, will add £25m of assets under management (AUM) to the group.  Ask Financial Management directors Andrew Shewen and Keith Bonsall will join the group as part of the acquisition. Mansfield Financial Planning owner Andrew Camilleri is set to retire from the business.  According to the adviser network and support group, both companies are long-standing members of the Tenet network.
