PFS names Sanlam's John White president for 2018/19

Sanlam UK's John White has been elected president of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) for 2018/2019 at the professional body's annual general meeting.  

White, the chief executive at Sanlam UK, has spent more than 26 years in financial services with 17 of those working with professional services firms. He said he would use his term as president to promote financial education utilising the society's educational outreach programme 'discover fortunes'. White is a Chartered insurance practitioner and has significant experience advising and consulting on private client financial planning, investment management, corporate pensions and employee benefits.
