Transact chair Snowball to leave for Provident Financial

Joins Provident on 21 September

Non-executive chair Patrick Snowball has left Transact's parent company IntegraFin Holding's board to join Provident Financial and perform the same role.

Snowball will be appointed to non-executive of Provident Financial on 21 September. He also chairs another listed company, Sabre Insurance, and since IntegraFin floated on the London Stock Exchange the firm said it is good practice for him to chair no more than two companies on the exchange. IntegraFin said it will soon update shareholders on its plans to appoint a new chair. The adviser platform company floated in March 196p per share, valuing the business at almost £650m.
