Nucleus adds two female non-execs to all-male board

Nucleus has appointed Tracy Dunley-Owen and Margaret Hassall as independent non-executive directors to its previously all-male board.

In research conducted by Professional Adviser earlier this month, Nucleus's board was found to be one of the least gender diverse among the platforms.  However, the dual appointment of Dunley-Owen and Hassall, who join the board with immediate effect, goes someway to bring gender balance.  Dunley-Owen brings more than 15 years' of sector experience to the board, including senior executive roles at Old Mutual, Guardian Financial Services, Swiss Re Life Capital and Celestial Financial Services. She is also an independent non-executive director at Womens' Investment Portfolio Holdings...
