Revealed: Advisers' favourite platforms for accumulation and retirement

Old Mutual Wealth and Standard Life Wrap have emerged as among advisers' preferred platforms for accumulation and retirement, according to a joint research project by NextWealth and Richard Parkin Consulting.

Following a survey of 267 advisers, a series of in-depth interviews and an analysis of data from platforms, the two businesses concluded Old Mutual Wealth, Standard Life Wrap and Aviva were financial advisers' preferred platforms for retirement.  As the following table shows, however, Old Mutual Wealth, Aviva and FundsNetwork, came up trumps when judged on accumulation alone.
