True Potential has hired Steve Hutton as head of strategic acquisitions, a role that will find him overseeing acquisition and succession planning at the firm.

Hutton (pictured) will assist in the development and implementation of the firm's various growth strategies and look to build on its partnerships with advisers. Prior to joining True Potential, he worked at UBS Asset Management, where he was a UK board member and head of the firm's UK and Ireland wholesale business.
