Aviva platform crashes as re-platforming bugs continue

The Aviva platform website crashed earlier this week and left advisers unable to access the platform, representing further issues for the firm three months on from completing its re-platforming project.

Since Aviva launched its FNZ-powered platform, advisers have suffered a litany of issues as problems continue to crop up. Aviva's online 'whiteboard page', which shows the current issues the platform is dealing with and the targeted fix dates, has 19 problems listed.
