Aviva pushes back re-platforming end date further

Aviva has further pushed back the launch of its new platform by around six weeks as it struggles to bring the long-term project to a close.

The news comes just two weeks after the group announced a delay on the project that pushed back its completion date from late November to mid-December. It now plans to launch the platform on 22 January 2018, however, rather than the already-delayed date of 11 December. The life company's adviser platform project to switch from Bravura to FNZ technology was already delayed by more than six months before this latest setback.
