Aegon UK managing director for retail Duncan Jarrett will retire in June after 30 years at the firm.

Jarrett (pictured) joined the company in 1986 and has worked in various sales roles across the UK since. In his latest role he was responsible for platform and product sales for the intermediary and partnership channels. Jarrett will be succeeded by current managing director for customer value management, Mark Till, who will take on an enlarged role within the UK as chief distribution and marketing officer.
