FCA to launch new multi-language website

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is to launch a redesigned website in June, after concluding users found it difficult to navigate.

The FCA said it has conducted "extensive research" among users of its site over the past year and now wants to provide them with a "much improved experience from the moment they enter to the moment they leave". Advisers and small firms have often bemoaned the website's design, arguing it made it difficult to find the information they were looking for. The regulator recognised many users found it hard to find information about UK and international financial markets and said its new site will feature a dedicated markets section with a link on the main menu.
