National IFA launches academy in Chartered adviser drive

National Chartered financial planning firm Fairstone Financial Management has backed the ambitions of its advisers who want to achieve individual Chartered status with the launch of an online training academy.

The Fairstone Academy is open to all 230 of the firm's advisers to support their professional development above and beyond the regulator's required Level 4. Online learning provider Redmill IQ worked with Fairstone to develop the structured training programme to guide advisers towards Chartered status, two grades above the minimum. The launch follows Fairstone's recent Corporate Chartered status award by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
