Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud reporting centre, has said it will change the wording of future communications to the public after concerns about a newsletter incorrectly stating people can get financial "advice" from the Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB).
CAB will provide face to face guidance - but not regulated advice - to those approaching retirement as part of the government's guidance guarantee to help retirees deal with the liberalisation of pensions coming into force in April.
