Bradbury Hamilton strengthens its position in Yorkshire with acquisition

IFA Bradbury Hamilton has acquired Leeds-based SBB Consulting, in the firm's latest step to fulfill its ambition of becoming a national.

SBB Consulting has a client base in the region of 1,000 in and around Yorkshire. Run by principal David Boult, the firm has £15m of funds under management and a high proportion of corporate business. Bradbury Hamilton managing director Sheriar Bradbury (pictured) said this latest addition marks a "significant step" in its growth plans. The firm has now acquired 48 businesses since its inception in 1993.
