James Hay to take on Capita SIPP book

James Hay Partnership is to take on Capita's self-invested personal pension (SIPP) book, subject to agreement with each holder.

Completion is due by the end of the first quarter next year. Additionally, James Hay said it will work with Capita to take on the SIPPs of a number of Capita's "significant" corporate partners. Alongside Capita, it will create a dedicated team to manage the transfer, it added.
