RWC launches global equity income fund for Purves and Lance

RWC Partners is to launch a global equity income fund for Ian Lance, Nick Purves, and John Teahan as it expands its income fund range.

The team - which left Schroders in 2010 having run the group's popular Income fund for three years - has seen assets grow substantially within their RWC Enhanced Income fund and other income mandates, and are now branching out with a global offering. The RWC Global Enhanced Dividend fund will invest in high yielding equities around the world, and is targeting a yield of around 6% as well as long-term capital appreciation.
