Lighthouse Financial Advice (LFA), the national arm of the Lighthouse Group, has set out plans to recruit some 180 advisers over the next 18 months.
Chief executive Malcolm Streatfield (pictured) said the firm plans to take on about 100 advisers this year, followed by a similar number in the next, to work in its affinity partnership-focused advisory business. The firm invested £1.2m in developing the business over the last year and now has "the ability to take on 180 new recruits without spending more on infrastructure", Streatfield said.
