FCA hires ex-ABI director Maggie Craig

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has hired Maggie Craig, a former director of the Association of British Insurers (ABI), as an adviser on policy issues.

Craig (pictured) will join the regulator on 27 January and will be specialising in life, pensions and general insurance policy. She will report to head of savings, investments and distribution David Geale, who said: "I'm delighted to be welcoming Maggie to the FCA. "Her knowledge and experience of financial services and pensions policy issues is extensive and her input will be invaluable in helping us devise policy that is well-rounded and meaningful."
