Bellpenny gains £75m FUM with IFA Meridan Park acquisition

Bellpenny, the national wealth manager and IFA acquirer, has completed the acquisition of Meridan Park Associates (MPA), an IFA based in Newbury, Berkshire.

MPA brings £75m of funds under management, with assets evenly split between pensions and investment business. The deal - Bellpenny's 11th - takes the company to £1bn funds under management. Oaktree Capital managing director and Bellpenny board member Justin Bickle said: "To go from zero to a billion pounds under management in 12 months is a fantastic achievement.
