Aviva signs three-year deal with the Lighthouse Group

Aviva has signed an exclusive three-year deal with the Lighthouse Group to provide life protection products through its national adviser division, Lighthouse Financial Advice (LFA).

The agreement, to begin on 3 June, covers the sale of Aviva's core protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. The deal means that about 220 advisers will have access to Aviva protection products to service the needs of their clients. Lighthouse Group chief executive Malcolm Streatfield said: "We are on target to grow our LFA division adviser numbers from 200 to 500 over the next three years and we want protection to be at the heart of our proposition."
