Peter Harrison is leaving his post as chief executive officer at RWC to take on the role of global head of equities at Schroders.
He replaced Ken Lambden who is exiting the group after 15 years with Schroders. Harrison will remain a non-executive chairman of RWC, the firm he has managed since 2006. Dan Mannix, business development director at RWC, will take over as chief executive.
