Wheatley: customers must be at heart of financial services

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) offers a "huge opportunity" for the regulator and businesses to start afresh, Martin Wheatley has said.

The CEO designate of the incoming regulator and managing director of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) was speaking at today's launch of Journey to the FCA. He said the FCA is keen to "help firms get back to putting their customers at the heart of how they do business".
