The Annuity Bureau launches 24 hour annuity quote service

The Annuity Bureau has launched an online tool to give retirees quick access to the best annuity quotes.

Users fill in a one page form including questions such as health, smoking habits and what type of annuity is required. A consultant can prepare quotes within 24 hours of receiving the information. Gemma Goodman, head of The Annuity Bureau, said: "We have launched this 24-hour quote service to make it as simple and painless as possible for people who want more information about the next steps but who don't want to endure endless, time consuming form filling at the early stages of the retirement process."
