Openwork appoints ex-Honister director to recruit advisers

Openwork has recruited Honister Capital's business development director to recruit advisers, and he has already begun organising new roles for former Honister appointed representatives.

Billy Hewitt will be responsible for recruitment in Scotland, with Openwork saying he had already engaged with a "significant" number of ex-Honister advisers beyond the 60 already recruited. Hewitt will report to head of acquisition Keith Atkinson, who has been leading the Honister recruitment drive. "Billy has great experience in this market and will be a valuable addition to the team," said Atkinson.
