Abbey cuts rates on a raft of products

Abbey for Intermediaries is to reduce rates on a number of its mortgage products.

The lender will now offer a two-year fix with a 3.59% rate to selected key accounts, available to both home purchase and remortgage customers up to 75% LTV, with a £995 fee. Key accounts will also have access to a two-year fixed rate deal at 3.19% up to 70% LTV and a five-year fix at 3.39% up to 60% LTV. Both rates have been reduced by 0.10% and fees of £995 and £1495 apply respectively.
