Guardian Wealth Management receives £850k from Welsh government

Following £850,000 in funding from the Welsh govenrment, advisory firm Guardian Wealth Management has launched a new head office in south Wales.

The firm said the office would support its domestic and overseas operations. The investment came from the Welsh Government's Economic Growth Fund and was part of £1.5m allocated to the UK Financial Planning and Training Centre in Llantrisant, in which the headquarters will be housed.   Business minister and MP for Gower, Edwina Hart said: "Wales is home to a dynamic and fast-growing financial and professional services sector and it is great news that Guardian Wealth Management has chosen Wales over all other possible locations for its new headquarters.
