Prudential appoints Manduca as chairman

Prudential has appointed Paul Manduca as chairman, succeeding Harvey McGrath in the £600,000 post.

Following his appointment, Manduca will step down from his role as chairman of Aon UK. He founded Threadneedle Asset Management in 1994, as well as serving as CEO of Rothschild Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management. Manduca said Prudential "is a renowned financial institution with a track record of strong delivery".
