Research from our latest Adviser Barometer has told us that advisers are planning on making changes to their business model but many are still trying to decide what the best option for their business is.

Choosing a business model Choosing between an independent or a restricted business model continues to be a key concern for advisers. 77% have told us that they intend to give independent advice, with a further 9% considering restricted advice (restricted to specific products or providers). However, 52% have not yet definitely decided on the trading model they intend to operate post-RDR.
