RP poll: Should pension incomes be used for bankruptcy?

In this week's quick fire poll we ask: A high court is debating whether an undrawn pension pot should be used to pay off creditors if an individual is bankrupt, but still working. Should pensions be used in this way?

We asked: Do you think retirees choosing alternative retirement products over annuities will cause the next mis-selling scandal? You were almost completely divided. 54% of you said no, this would not be the case. The remaining 46% believed there is a storm brewing for consumers turning away from annuities for less appropriate pension arrangements.
