Film spoofing "obnoxious" estate agents becomes internet hit

A spoof documentary showing estate agents as obnoxious, arrogant and sleazy workers has quickly become an internet sensation.

The short film, which stars genuine property vendors from London firm Douglas & Gordon, is called Under Offer and was initially meant for industry insiders only. However, it has already been watched thousands of times on video sharing site YouTube to mixed reviews. The firm’s director, Ed Mead told the Daily Mail: “No one expected the film to have the reaction it has had.
