RSM Tenon hires Speck for discretionary push

Former Santander multi-manager Keith Speck has joined RSM Tenon Financial Management and will help develop the group's discretionary management process.

Reporting to head on investment management Adrian Gough, Speck will also run model portfolios and manage a number of bespoke ultra high net worth client relationships. The group hopes Speck will help RSM Tenon grow assets in its discretionary proposition to £500m by the end of the calendar year. John White, managing director of financial management, says: "We are committed to developing our discretionary proposition and need a strong team to do this.
