Friends Prov online seminar targets changing customer lifestyles

Friends Provident has launched an online seminar focusing on customer life stages and the changes to them.

The provider says it is designed to help advisers understand what changing lifestyles means for them and how it has affected how they give protection advice. The seminar looks at the changes that have happened to life styles over the last couple of decades, such as less people getting married and buying their first properties and more people starting families later in life. It also looks at seven life stage categories and provides case studies for each.
