Aegon corporate head Hart re-joins FSA

Aegon head of corporate development Ted Hart is re-joining the FSA after two years with the provider.

He will join Dan Waters' Conduct Risk Division in December and work on the FSA's consumer protection strategy. Hart was part of the FSA team seconded to the Treasury in 2008 to work alongside Aegon CEO Otto Thoresen on the Thoresen Review, which examined the feasibility of delivering a national approach to generic financial advice. He joined Aegon later that year as head of corporate development and has worked on a number of initiatives including analysis of the potential impact and development of simplified advice and products.
