Two arrested as FSA insider dealing probe continues

Two people were arrested in London today as part of an FSA insider dealing investigation.

  A 37-year-old male City professional and a 28-year-old woman were arrested after search warrants were executed at two addresses in London. A further arrest has been made in Germany. The operation was jointly carried out by the FSA and City of London Police Economic Crime Directorate, while the regulator also worked with the police and prosecution authority in Hessen, Germany. The FSA has confirmed the arrests are not linked to any other ongoing insider dealing investigations.
