FSA arrests East London man over insider dealing

The FSA has arrested a man for insider dealing in a dawn raid on a property in East London.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for questioning under caution in the search operation by investigators from the FSA enforcement and financial crime division and officers from the City of London Police. The FSA has so far secured a number of sentences of imprisonment in relation to insider dealing, In March this year, former equities marketmaker at stock broker Cazenove, Malcolm Calvert, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for insider dealing.
