Certified financial planner (CFP) Ken Robinson has opted for a novel way to calm his clients in the economic downturn.
The Cleveland-based adviser has penned a four-minute musical rap, entitled ‘It won't go to zero', telling investors markets "are resilient" and that the stock downturn will "come to an end". "I can't say what might finally make things turn around," he sings, "But eventually we will get back on solid ground..." Robinson says he thought a musical video would be a more effective way to teach investors about long-term investing than a more traditional approach.
