Cofunds' founder and finance director depart

Cofunds founder Andy Creak and finance director Andrew Harris are leaving the platform.

Creak is currently managing director, business development and a founding member of the company. Harris joined Cofunds in 2003 and is currently managing director, finance and controls. The announcement comes just days after David Dalton-Brown, head of Fidelity FundsNetwork, resigned his post. Creak worked initially with Cap Gemini, managing the launch of Cofunds and then taking on the development of the IT team.
