AIFA moves to boost profile ahead of elections

A world-renowned public affairs specialist which has previously worked with the Belarusian government has been hired by the Association of IFAs (AIFA) to boost the organisation's profile.

AIFA has signed a deal with Bell Pottinger Public Affairs (BPPA), part of the Bell Pottinger Group, to provide public relations help in the lead-up to this year's crucial pre-election party conferences. The Association has made major strides in the financial advice arena under the director generalship of Chris Cummings, but now wants to ensure it is correctly positioned ahead of what is likely to be a new Conservative Government.
