TECHNOLOGY provider Dunstan Thomas has landed a deal to run Friends Provident's new income drawdown system.
Demand from customers wanting more flexible pension options prompted the life company to launch a new platform to provide policyholders with access to drawdown options. Jeremy Ward, head of pensions marketing at Friends Provident, said A-Day created an expectation of greater flexibility among policyholders and it wanted to respond quickly to that plea.
